ALBANY, New York, July 18 -- The New York State Public Service Commission issued the following declaratory ruling (Case No. 20-E-0204) involving Canandaigua Power Partners and Canandaigua Power Partners II: Petition of Canandaigua Power Partners, LLC and Canandaigua Power Partners II, LLC for a Declaratory Ruling Regarding Corporate Restructuring and Transfer of Stock, or, in the Alternative, an Approval Pursuant to Section 70 of the Public Service Law.
