WASHINGTON, July 17 -- Sen. Roger Wicker, R-Mississippi, chairman of the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee, issued the following news release on July 16:

U.S. Sen. Roger Wicker, R-Miss., chairman of the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, today sent a letter to Jack Dorsey, Chief Executive Officer of Twitter, expressing concern following yesterday's widespread hack of numerous prominent Twitter accounts.
