Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum joined a coalition of 23 state Attorneys General in a lawsuit against U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos and the U.S. Department of Education (ED) challenging their action repealing the 2016 "borrower defense" regulations for students and replacing them with regulations that mainly benefit predatory for-profit schools. . . .
