HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, July 16 -- The Pennsylvania Democratic Party issued the following news:
Sixth months ago Donald Trump signed a "phase one" trade deal with China. Unfortunately for Pennsylvania workers, Trump's failed trade policy has cost Americans billions of dollars and this hollow agreement has done little to change that. Even worse, we now know that there's virtually "zero chance" that China will live up to all of the commitments outlined . . .
