It's Tax Day for millions of working Americans who are still waiting on the $4,000 tax cut Donald Trump promised for the average family; instead, Trump's tax scam funnelled billions to the ultra-wealthy, while more than 1.6 million Ohioans will face a tax hike by 2027.
