ATLANTA, Georgia, July 15 -- Emory University's Woodruff Health Sciences Center issued the following news release:
An investigational vaccine designed to protect against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) was generally well tolerated and resulted in production of both binding and neutralizing antibodies in healthy adult volunteers, according to interim results of an ongoing phase 1 trial published in the New England Journal of Medicine.
