AUSTIN, Texas, July 14 -- The Republican Party of Texas issued the following statement by Chairman James Dickey on July 13:
Moments ago, the Supreme Court of Texas dismissed the lawsuit filed by the Republican Party of Texas (RPT) on narrow technical grounds. RPT attorneys are currently at a court hearing in Harris County District Court.
