MANCHESTER, New Hampshire, July 14 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release on July 13:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) announced an agreement with the City of Manchester that will result in significant reductions of sewage from the city's wastewater treatment systems into the Merrimack River and its tributaries. The State of New Hampshire joined the U.S. government as a co-plaintiff on this agre . . .
