WASHINGTON, July 11 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:
FEMA announced that federal disaster assistance has been made available to the state of Alabama to supplement state, tribal and local recovery efforts in the areas affected by severe storms, tornadoes, straight-line winds and flooding from April 12-13, 2020.
Federal funding also is available to state, tribal and eligible local governme . . .
