CONCORD, New Hampshire, July 11 -- Gov. Christopher T. Sununu, R-New Hampshire, issued the following statement on July 10 after the seven Democratic members of the Legislative Fiscal Committee voted unanimously to deny a request made by state Sen. Jeb Bradley, R-Wolfeboro, to accept a $46 million federal grant for public charter school education:
