DETROIT, Michigan, July 9 -- DTE Energy issued the following news release:

DTE Electric received approval from the Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) for an innovative plan to keep electric rates unchanged from today until 2022. The company's Renewable Energy Plan was also approved by the Commission.
