CONCORD, New Hampshire, July 9 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - New England Field Office issued the following news release:
The 2020 Vermont maple syrup production totaled 2.22 million gallons, up 7 percent from the previous year, according to Pam Hird, New England State Statistician of the USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service, New England Field Office. Vermont remains the top producing state in the Nation.
