U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, applauded the allocation of $6 million from the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) to support small businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
