U.S. Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, applauded the allocation of $6 million from the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) to support small businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
