HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, July 8 -- The Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry issued the following statement by President and CEO Gene Barr after the announcement that Dominion and Duke Energy have cancelled the proposed Atlantic Coast Pipeline project:
