JEFFERSON CITY, Missouri, July 7 -- Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt issued the following news release:
Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt announced that his office has filed a lawsuit against Brian Scroggs and the following timeshare exit companies under his control: Vacation Consulting Services LLC, VCS Communications, LLC, The Transfer Group, LLC, and Real Travel L.L.C.
