In the first meeting of the State Elections Board since Georgia's chaotic June 9th primary, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger confirmed that instead of taking concrete actions to rectify Georgia's election failures before November, his office will not be sending out absentee ballot applications to all active registered voters like he did . . .
