CONCORD, New Hampshire, June 30 -- Rep. Ann Kuster, D-New Hampshire, issued the following statement on June 29 after the Supreme Court voted 5-4 in the case of June Medical Services vs. Russo to overturn an unconstitutional Louisiana law restricting access to reproductive health care:
