TULSA, Oklahoma, June 27 -- Public Service Company of Oklahoma issued the following news release:

Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO), a unit of American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP), has signed a 30 year lease with the U.S. Army for siting of an energy resilience project at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
