TOPEKA, Kansas, June 26 -- The Kansas Corporation Commission issued the following order (No. 13-UTDT-781-IAT): In the Matter of the Application for Approval of a Master Resale Agreement Between Embarq Missouri, Inc. d/b/a CenturyLink, United Telephone Company of Kansas d/b/a CenturyLink, United Telephone Company of Southcentral Kansas d/b/a CenturyLink and Spectrotel, Inc.
