Nicole Galloway's campaign and advisors have a new name for Missourians who disagree with Galloway's liberal policies: "illiterate hillbillies.' Unable to defend those liberal policies, Galloway directed or allowed her campaign and advisors to use the 'illiterate hillbilly' insult, as one of her advisors did this week in comments about Governor Parson.< . . .
