WASHINGTON, June 26 -- Sen. Susan M. Collins, R-Maine, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Susan Collins (R-ME) and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) introduced an amendment to this year's National Defense Authorization Act that would enact anti-discrimination protections for LGBTQ people to transgender service members into statute.
