WASHINGTON, June 25 -- The House Homeland Security subcommittee on Intelligence and Counterterrorism issued the following testimony by Michael Morell, ex-CIA acting director, in a virtual hearing entitled "Examining the Threat from ISIS and Al Qaeda" on June 24:
