BIRMINGHAM, Alabama, June 24 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama, Jay E. Town, issued the following joint statement with Johnnie Sharp Jr., FBI special agent in charge, regarding a noose found in National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing's Bubba Wallace's garage at Talladega Superspeedway:
