WASHINGTON, June 19 -- Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Arizona, issued the following statement:
The U.S. Supreme Court announced its decision on the Department of Homeland Security v. Regents of the University of California, vacating the Trump administration's rescission of the unlawful Deferred Actions for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program on the conclusion that "the Acting Secretary did violate the Administrative Procedure Act (APA)."
