WASHINGTON, June 16 -- Rep. Jeff Duncan, R-South Carolina, issued the following statement on the Supreme Court's decision to reverse the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals' ruling to vacate the U.S. Forest Service's Atlantic Coast Pipeline permit:
