WASHINGTON, June 16 -- Rep. Chris Pappas, D-New Hampshire, issued the following statement after the Supreme Court ruled that LGBTQ workers are protected under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964:
"Millions of LGBTQ Americans still live in fear of losing their job because of who they are or who they love, so this decision is welcome news.
"The Supreme Court confirmed that there must be equal justice under the law for LGBTQ Americans in the workplace.
