CHARLESTON, West Virginia, June 16 -- The Public Service Commission of West Virginia issued the following order (Case No. 20-0262-E-ENEC): APPALACHIAN POWER COMPANY, and WHEELING POWER COMPANY, public utilities. Petition to initiate the annual review and to update the ENEC rates currently in effect.
