SACRAMENTO, California, June 16 -- California Attorney General Xavier Becerra issued the following news release on June 15:
California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, as part of a multistate coalition, filed a protest against a petition by the New England Ratepayers Association requesting that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) assert federal jurisdiction over net metering programs.
