Rep. Annie Kuster (NH-02) announced that Chase Adams of Brookline - a student at Hollis Brookline High School - is this year's winner of the 2020 Congressional Art Competition for his photograph titled, 'Self Returning to Nature.' Young artists from schools across New Hampshire's Second Congressional District submitted original artwork to be considered for this year's competition. Chase's win . . .
