NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, June 11 -- Xavier University of Louisiana issued the following news:
A New Orleans native, Mr. DeBose is a member of the St. Augustine graduating class of '76. He earned his bachelor's degree in mathematics from Xavier University of Louisiana in 1986. He then earned his masters in mathematics teaching from Loyola University of New Orleans and later secured his master's in education administration from the University of New Orleans
