Sen. Hassan Statement After Paycheck Protection Program Bill Signed Into Law

WASHINGTON, June 6 -- Sen. Maggie Hassan, D-New Hampshire, issued the following statement on June 5 after President Trump signed into law legislation to give small employers in state and across the country more flexibility in using the federal funds provided to them through the Paycheck Protection Program:

"I've heard from countless small business and nonprofit leaders who are working as hard as they can to stay afloat and keep their workers employed amid the COVID-19 pandemic, . . .
