LANSING, Michigan, June 4 -- Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, D-Michigan, issued the following news release:
The Michigan National Guard will continue its efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic after President Donald Trump extended federal deployment known as Title 32 authority until Aug. 21.
