Hawaii Gov. Ige Approves Hawaii County's Proposal to Open Certain Parks, Recreational Facilities

HONOLULU, Hawaii, May 30 -- Gov. David Ige, D-Hawaii, issued the following news release:

Gov. David Ige signed Hawaii County's Emergency Rule No. 7, submitted by Hawaii County Mayor Harry Kim, allowing certain county parks and recreational facilities to re-open, with modifications.

The following rules must be followed:

* Social distancing requirements contained in Gov. Ige's eighth supplementary emergency proclamation

* No gatherings . . .
