JACKSON, Michigan, May 22 -- Consumers Energy Foundation issued the following news release:

The Consumers Energy Foundation announced nearly $90,000 in grants to assist emergency relief efforts in Midland, Saginaw and Gladwin counties, where this week's record flooding has created widespread property damage and displaced thousands of people.
