HONOLULU, Hawaii, May 23 -- Gov. David Ige, D-Hawaii, issued the following news release on May 22:
In accordance with Gov. David Ige's eighth supplemental emergency proclamation, the counties of O'ahu, Maui and Kaua'i are allowing medium-risk businesses and operations to re-open.
Kaua'i Mayor Derek Kawakami today issued Emergency Rule #10 which allows the immediate re-opening, with restrictions, of public and private pools, places of worship, outdoor . . .
