Rep. Schiff Issues Statement on President Trump Withdrawing U.S. From Open Skies Treaty

WASHINGTON, May 22 -- Rep. Adam B. Schiff, D-California, chairman of the House Permanent Select Intelligence Committee, issued the following statement on President Trump's decision to withdraw the U.S. from the Open Skies Treaty:
"For nearly two decades, the Open Skies Treaty has contributed to international peace by allowing the thirty-four signatories to the agreement to perform unarmed reconnaissance flights over other signatory states to promote transparency and build . . .
