LARAMIE, Wyoming, May 13 -- The University of Wyoming issued the following news release:
Even if a vaccine for the novel coronavirus COVID-19 is developed and made widely available, about 20 percent of Americans will likely decline to receive it, according to a study by University of Wyoming economists.
As a result, the researchers project that it is likely the vaccine will fail to ensure herd immunity -- a condition in which people are sufficiently immune to the virus . . .
