U.S. Senator Maggie Hassan (D-NH) and a bipartisan group of her colleagues are urging the Trump Administration to allocate CARES Act funding to behavioral health centers that provide mental health and substance misuse treatment to Granite Staters and all Americans. Although need is increasing because of the COVID-19 pandemic, many behavioral health centers have had to reduce their operations . . .
