Representatives Ami Bera, M.D. (D-CA), David Price (D-NC), Doris Matsui (D-CA), Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA), and Kim Schrier, M.D. (D-WA) introduced The Pandemic Response and Opportunity Through National Service Act.
