West Virginia PSC Issues Order Involving ATI Broadband

CHARLESTON, West Virginia, May 6 -- The Public Service Commission of West Virginia issued the following order (Case No. 20-0373-T-CN): APPALACHIAN TELECOM, Inc., dba ATI Broadband Application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to provide facilities-based and non-facilities-based competitive local exchange telecommunications services and intra-state inter-exchange telecommunications services throughout the State of West Virginia.
