EUGENE, Oregon, May 6 -- Kaiser Permanente issued the following news release:
The Kaiser Permanente Chase Gardens Medical Office opened on May 5, 2020. Located at 360 S. Garden Way in Eugene, the new, state-of-the-art medical office provides Kaiser Permanente Northwest members in Lane County greater access to primary care and additional onsite services.
