WASHINGTON, May 5 -- Rep. Garret Graves, R-Louisiana, issued the following statement regarding a $3,209,063 Center of Excellence Research Grant for the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority of Louisiana's partnership with the Water Institute of the Gulf:

The grant is funded under the Resources and Ecosystems Sustainability, Tourist Opportunities, and Revived Economies of the Gulf Coast States Act (RESTORE Act) and it is CPRA's second grant in this category.
