CHARLESTON, West Virginia, May 2 -- The Public Service Commission of West Virginia issued the following order (Case No. 19-1016-PW-CN): EASTERN WYOMING PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT, a public utility, Wyoming County, Application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to provide improvements to its water system and related appurtenances to serve 71 existing and 112 new customers in Beartown, Herndon Heights and surrounding areas in Wyoming County.
