LANSING, Michigan, April 24 -- Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, D-Michigan, issued the following news release:
Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed Executive Order 2020-58, to extend the deadline of case-initiation in civil and probate matters, in accordance with Administrative Order 2020-3 of the Michigan Supreme Court.
The order broadly extends all deadlines pertaining to case initiation in civil and probate matters during the state of emergency and is effective immediately.
