An Andover, Mass. high school teacher, Melanie Cutler, is one of 10 education professionals honored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ), with a "Presidential Innovation Award for Environmental Educators" (PIAEE) award.
