U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) joined eight Senate colleagues calling on the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to alter the methodology for the next round of the CARES Act's $100 billion funding to better reflect the unique needs of health care providers that predominantly serve Medicaid patients, as well as rural hospitals.
