U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), the co-chair of the Senate Diabetes Caucus, and her colleagues are calling to protect at-risk Medicare beneficiaries and ensure access to potentially life-saving services by allowing for the full participation of CDC-recognized virtual providers in the Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program (MDPP) for at least the duration of the COVID-19 emergency.
