WASHINGTON, April 17 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the following statement on April 16 by Commissioner Richard Glick on a decision (Docket No. ER19-105-004) involving PJM reliability pricing model:
I dissent from today's order because PJM has failed to show that its proposal will produce just and reasonable rates. Instead, today's order will only perpetuate PJM's over-procurement of capacity resources, raising cust . . .
