N.J. Gov. Murphy Signs Executive Order Extending Certain Deadlines Associated With Rulemaking

TRENTON, New Jersey, April 16 -- Gov. Phil Murphy, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:

Governor Phil Murphy signed Executive Order No. 127, extending various deadlines associated with rulemaking for state agencies until 90 days following the end of the public health emergency.

The order additionally allows for any rules or emergency rules that would expire during the current public health emergency to be extended until 90 days following the end of the publ . . .
